Our personalised wooden keepsake tokens are designed and made to order with your choice of wording, names, dates and simple design, then presented on a personalised backing card featuring your own message, wording or poem.

From remembrance services and celebrations of life to weddings, events and special occasions, each order can be designed especially for you.

Each token is made from 3mm basswood, carefully laser cut and engraved, before being individually attached to your personalised backing cards ready to give to your guests, friends or family.

How To Personalise Your Order

Once you've placed your order, please email hello@gracierose.co.uk with your order number and details of what you'd like us to create.

Please include your:

• Token wording
• Names and/or dates, if required
• Preferred design or symbol
• Backing card wording, message or poem
• Any other ideas or requests you have for the design

We'll then work with you to create something personal to your occasion.

All tokens and backing cards within a bulk order will feature the same design and personalisation. If you require multiple different designs or wording, please contact us before ordering so we can provide the correct price.

Please Allow Up To 2 Weeks

As every order is designed, made, engraved, printed and assembled especially for you, please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be completed before dispatch.

We recommend ordering in plenty of time, particularly if your keepsakes are required for a specific date.

Need them sooner? Please email hello@gracierose.co.uk before placing your order with the quantity required and the date you need them by. We'll let you know whether we're able to accommodate your timescale.

As these keepsakes are personalised and made specifically for you, they cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.
