Refund policy

We hope you love your Gracie Rose & Co items as much as we loved making them — but if something's not quite right, we’re here to help.

🛍️ Returns
We accept returns on non-personalised items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalised or custom made items, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

📩 To request a return:
Email us at hello@gracierose.co.uk with your order number and reason for requesting a return. We will guide you through the next steps. 

💳 Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method once we have received and checked the item. Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
  • Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility (unless the item is faulty).

A few things to remember:

  • We don’t accept returns on custom or personalised items unless faulty.

  • Refunds may take up to 5–7 working days to appear in your account once processed.
