1. About our gift cards

Gracie Rose & Co digital gift cards can be used to purchase any items available on our website. They make a thoughtful, flexible gift for any occasion.

2. Delivery

All gift cards are delivered by email to the address provided at checkout. Each email contains a unique code that can be entered at checkout when you’re ready to use it.

3. How to use

• Gift cards can be used in full or part payment for any order.

• If your order total is more than your balance, you can pay the difference using another payment method.

• You can use more than one gift card per order if needed.

4. Validity period

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After this time, any remaining balance will automatically expire.

5. Refunds and exchanges

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• If you return an item bought with a gift card, your refund will be applied back to the same gift card balance.

6. Lost or deleted cards

If your email or code is lost or accidentally deleted, please contact us. We’ll do our best to locate your gift card and resend the details.

7. Checking your balance
