We like to keep things clear and kind, so here’s everything you need to know about our gift vouchers. 💕

1. About our gift vouchers

Gracie Rose & Co digital gift vouchers can be used towards eligible purchases online at gracierose.co.uk or in our physical shop in Hednesford.

2. Delivery

Digital gift vouchers are delivered by email to the email address provided. Each gift voucher contains a unique code which can be used when shopping online or presented when purchasing in store.

3. How to use

• Gift vouchers can be used in full or part payment.
• If your purchase is more than the remaining gift voucher balance, you can pay the difference using another accepted payment method.
• Any unused balance will remain on the gift voucher for future purchases until its expiry date.
• Gift vouchers can be used both online and in store.
• Gift vouchers used in store cannot be redeemed against products on our Local Small Businesses Shelves.

4. Validity period

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any remaining balance will expire after this date.

5. Refunds and exchanges

• Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Where a refund is due for an item originally purchased using a gift voucher, the relevant amount will normally be returned to the gift voucher.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

6. Lost or deleted gift vouchers

Please treat your gift voucher code like cash. If your gift voucher email is lost or accidentally deleted, contact us and we'll do our best to locate the gift voucher and resend the details where we're able to verify the purchase.

7. Checking your balance

If you'd like to check the remaining balance on your gift voucher, please contact us at hello@gracierose.co.uk or ask us in store.

8. Fair use

Gift vouchers are intended for personal use and may not be resold or used for unauthorised promotional or commercial purposes.
